How can I book a ticket or E-Pass to the event?

To book your ticket or E-Pass, please visit the Gartex Texprocess India website or click here. Complete the registration form to receive your ticket or E-Pass for event access.

Is there an entry fee?

Visitor entry is free of charge. Registration is mandatory.

Are children allowed?

This is a B2B Trade Show. Persons aged under 16 years and infants in arms are NOT allowed to enter the exhibition halls.

Can we do retail selling or buying?

Retail selling and buying are not permitted at Gartex Texprocess India. The event is exclusively for business-to-business transactions.

How many exhibitors will be there?

There will be more than 150 Exhibitors at the Mumbai Edition and 250 + Exhibitors at Delhi Edition

Where can I find the Exhibitors list?

Go to the ‘Exhibitor’ tab in the menu. Click on the ‘Exhibitor List’ to view who all are exhibiting at Gartex.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, visitor and exhibitor parking is available at all venues.

Whom should I contact for exhibitor-based inquiries?

For exhibitor-related inquiries, please click on the “Enquire to Exhibit” button and fill out the details on the website. Our designated sales person will contact you.

Do I need to show a valid ID for entry?

Kindly carry your E-Badge for entry if you have already registered. If you have not registered yet, you may complete your registration at the exhibition venue and collect your Visitor Badge at the registration desk.

Where can I find information About Gartex?

By clicking on ‘The Show” tab on the left side of the menu bar and go on to the first option in the dropdown. If you require more information, write to us on about your query, we will be happy to respond to your specific concern.

Where can I find the floor plan for the event?

You need to click on the Exhibitors and click floor plan in the dropdown menu where you will be able to view the event floor plan.

Where can I find information on Gartex’s past events?

To find information on past events you need to write/contact our event team directly with your queries because once an event is over our team updates the information on the official website for the next edition.

Where can I find business contact details?

On the main menu bar, there’s a ‘Contact’ tab. Click on this and enter your details along with your phone number. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
